This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the provision of logo design services by Figma Logo Design ("Agency") to you ("Client" or "you"). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by engaging our services.
The number of revisions available to you is determined by the package you have chosen, and you are entitled to request the specified number of revisions as outlined in your package details. Our primary goal is to offer top-notch services to our clients, and we will diligently work on revisions until it meets your requirements. There will be no additional charges if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revised logo designs will be delivered within 48 hours. Website design revisions will be completed within 24 hours, while web development revisions may take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
The turnaround time refers to the duration within which your design concepts will be provided to your account area, based on the package you have purchased. For new logo orders, the turnaround time ranges from 24 to a maximum of 48 hours. However, for packages that include four or more logo concepts, the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and submission of a complete brief. Additionally, for new website designs, specifically the home/index page and revamp designs, the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and submission of a complete brief. It's important to note that the turnaround time is typically between three to five business days for website development projects involving a static website with 5 to 7 web pages. For orders placed on Friday or Saturday, the delivery time will commence on Monday.

The entire order will be delivered to the designated account on the specified date mentioned in the Order Confirmation, and a confirmation email will also be sent to you.
